Begin your new health journey with Megan as she uncovers your unique health circumstances. This session is a fully comprehensive deep dive into your past and current health. We will discuss symptoms, all health conditions, digestive & gut health, medications, supplements and food intake, food likes and food dislikes. We will discuss appropriate changes in a way that feels comfortable and achievable for you. 

Monitoring your progress will provide you with clear insight into manageable steps to move forward. Megan will help you to feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.

After your purchase, you will receive your online 'Registration & Symptom' form that provides Megan with your health history, current medical conditions, medications, supplements, and most recent blood test results (up to 12 months old) for a thorough review and discussion.

Please note you will require a minimum of 1 follow-up consult after the initial consultation.
