Strategy 30min strategy consult.

Or take the plunge and start your journey with our Initial 90min consult, where Megan will get to know you, your health condition/s, lifestyle & circumstances, as well as establish a baseline for progress and make recommendations that support your health goals.

Beginners

In Follow-up 60min sessions, Megan will track your progress closely to make sure you keep up with your personalised plan, check how you feel and see if adjustments are needed. We recommend at least 6 Follow-Up sessions for long-term success.
