Megan Pfeffer is a visionary Clinical Nutritionist and the esteemed founder of I Choose Health, a groundbreaking wellness company that promotes holistic well-being and empowers individuals to make positive lifestyle choices.


With a deep-rooted passion for health and a relentless drive to make a difference, Megan has emerged as a prominent figure in the health & wellness industry.


Megan developed a keen interest in the transformative power of healthy living through her personal journey of overcoming health challenges and witnessing the profound impact of lifestyle choices on overall well-being. Megan was diagnosed with lipoedema in 2019, and is a breast cancer survivor. These experiences provided the motivation and determination to ensure her health platform would inspire and support as many people as possible on their own wellness journeys.


After completing her studies in nutritional medicine, Megan set out on a mission to revolutionize the wellness landscape. In 2018, she established I Choose Health, one of Australia’s first low carb and ketogenic nutrition services that combines evidence-based information, practical tools, and community support to foster lasting change in people's lives.


Under Megan's insightful leadership, I Choose Health has become a trusted brand known for its emphasis on the mind-body connection and its commitment to providing accessible, actionable guidance to individuals with chronic disease seeking to optimize their health.
